Plan Revisions (v4)
In response to input from neighbors and the Jamaica Plain community, the following plan changes have been adopted (12/11/2023) for BSq 2:

Move the main residential entry to Green St
- Reduce the building size nearly 18% (31,200 sf to 25,700 sf)
- 23% residential affordable (5/22)

Increase the east facade separation from 157 Green St building from 7' to 13'

Add a loading zone for moving trucks, deliveries and ride sharing off Green St
- Increase the residential units from 20 to 22
- (2) 3 bedrms
- (12) 2 bedrms
- (4) 1 bedrms
- (4) studios

Reduce garage parking from 14 to 10 spaces

Reduce the commercial space from 4,800 sf to 2,200 sf
Note: the cladding has not been finalized and will be some combination of masonry, metal panels and some wood accents. No cement board siding. The development of the facade will be ongoing and also part of the BPDA design review.
